Robert L. Horner, 82, of Havana, passed away at his home at 6:17 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. He was born on August 12, 1942 to Clarence and Florence (Frailey) Horner.
Robert served in the U.S. Army.Cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held.
Hurley Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements.
