She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two sisters, Sherri (Kevin) Schneider and Holly Hinton; one brother, Marc Hinton. She is also survived by Randy Phillips, her devoted partner who was always be her side for over 20 years.
Jenine had a love of animals and had many pets. She was known for never knowing a stranger and easily sparking a conversation. As a child she would walk across the street to her favorite couple’s house and enter through their open garage to visit with them in their kitchen. She also loved being outdoors.
