She is also survived by her two sons; Jonathon and Troy Cozart; her 5 grandchildren; one brother, Casey Cozart; two sisters, Nancy Smith and Deana Hainds; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents; three brothers, John Cozart, Eddie Cozart, and Gary Johnson; and two sisters, Connie Lillie and Louella Cozart.
Marie spent many years working as a housekeeper for various clients. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing a game of cards, going out to look for mushrooms, playing horseshoes, playing pool, and also drinking a few beers.
As per her wishes, there will be no services at this time. However, a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded with Sedgwick Funeral Homes and Crematory in Canton, IL. Memorials may be made to the family to help with burial expenses.
