Patricia A. Wagahoff, 78, of Ipava, IL, passed away at 8:46 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. She was born on March 29, 1948, the daughter of Roy and Clara Mae (Bricker) Wagahoff. Pat is preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law; Charlene Wagahoff.
She is survived by her son; Mike Wagahoff of Ipava, IL, brother; Dennis Wagahoff of Greenwood, IN, niece; Chari Burke and great-nephew; Nick Burke.
Pat worked in the Secretary of State office for 35 years. She was member of the Ipava Christian Church for 65 years, where she served as treasurer. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for over 50 years, American Legion Auxiliary for over 50 years and the Ipava Fire Department Auxiliary. Pat served on the Fulton County Fair Board as secretary for 20 years, Spoon River Professional Women’s Club for 20 years, Ipava Ballpark Board as treasurer for 20 years, Fulton County Garden Tractor Pull Association as secretary for 20 years, Ipava Village Board and Camp Ellis Days Board and was a past Camp Ellis Days Grand Marshall. She also was Pleasant Township Supervisor for 25 years.
Pat enjoyed babysitting, scrap booking, watching ball games, playing solitaire on the computer and working in the yard with her flowers.
Services will be held at 10 am on Monday, April 20, 2026 at the Ipava Christian Church in Ipava. Pastor Brant Reed will be officiating. A visitation will take place from 1 to 5 pm on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at the church in Ipava. An Order of the Eastern Star service will be held at 5 pm after the visitation on April 19. Interment will be in the Ipava Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Ipava American Legion Auxiliary or the Ipava Fire Department.
