He was born in Peoria, on September 10, 1992.
He is survived by his mother and father, Rebecca “Becky” and Bill Hurt, two brothers, Brian and David Lewis, sister Rachel (Deondrae) Page, and several nieces and nephews.
Frank enjoyed playing games at home and hanging out with friends and family.
Cremation rites will be accorded with Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton.
