Surviving are his mother, Mary of St David, brother, Michael Deushane of Fairview, sister, Lisa McCluskey of Harrison, TN, nieces, Mary Sherbert, Elizabeth McCluskey, Erin McCluskey, great niece, Emery Newport, Great nephew, Sirr Caldwell and Joseph Sehon. His father and brother, David, preceded him in death.
Chris was a talented musician, and took great pride in having been a member of the Moline Boys Choir. He was deeply religious, spending hours each day immersed in his Bible. He loved Si Fi Movies and collecting CDs and albums of his favorite bands.
He is at peace and his body restored as he sits at the feet of Jesus.
The entire team at OSF Saint Francis in Peoria was amazing. Their compassion was truly unparalleled.
Rest easy, son and brother. We love you and will see you one day.
Cremation rites have been accorded through Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton and a service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Moline Boys Choir.
