She was born in Elmhurst Illinois, on March 22, 1952, to Ralph Martin and Leona Marie (Van Garsse) Felbinger. They preceded her in death.
She married Duane Ray Eckman on August 10, 2001, and he survives as well as her son Marc Carmello Morales, two grandchildren, Megan and Micheal Morales, and seven Great grandchildren.
Roxanne worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant, tended bar, and volunteered at the Humane Society of Fulton County. Roxanne enjoyed all the dogs, cats and outside animals she had over the years.
Cremation rites will be accorded with Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton.
