She was born on September 27, 1960 in Peoria to Loren and Mary (Michaels) Logsdon. They preceded her in death.
She married Kevin Bell on May 25, 1990 in Eureka. He survives.
Also surviving are her children, Kaitlyn Bell of Canton, Patrick Bell of Canton, one brother, Bruce Logsdon of Idaho and one sister, Beth Peterson of Idaho.
Lori worked for the Alliance Library System in Pekin. She was an avid reader.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 11 am at the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A visitation will be held one hour prior at the funeral home.
Burial of her ashes will follow at Shields Chapel Cemetery in Rural Canton.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Humane Society.
