Both preceded her in death.

She is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Ray Kitterman Jr., Larry Kitterman, and John Kitterman; sister-in-law, Gloria Kitterman; granddaughter, Heather Newton; and granddaughter-in-law, Kylie Maher.

Patsy worked at Jackson Sales and Service, Breeze Illinois, Inc., and later at

LR Nelson where she retired after 25 years of dedicated service. She was naturally talented in many crafts. She baked and decorated cakes and received many requests for her cream cheese mints. Her talent really shined behind the sewing machine, where she created beautiful dresses, shirts, and suits, and won blue ribbons for some of those creations. She designed and made matching dress and shirt outfits when she and Lynn were members of the Do-Si-Doers Square Dance Club in Edelstein. She was a dedicated and faithful follower of Christ and a member of the United Methodist Church in Wyoming, where she was involved in the Sunday School program, Bible study, choir, secretary, teaching, and the United Methodist Women organization. Patsy had many interests that kept her busy, including motorcycle riding, selling Sarah Coventry jewelry and Avon, the Red Hat Society, card club, soldering, going to see Elvis impersonators, fishing, coaching girls basketball, and even light auto maintenance. She was a go-getter and not afraid to try anything new. Patsy’s proudest accomplishment was her family and she was the happiest when she was caring for all those babies and children she loved so dearly. She will be missed but forever in our hearts.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life and burial of her ashes will be held at a later date in the spring.
