He was born on October 31, 1953, to Charles and Ruth Moore. They preceded him in death along with one brother Dewey Hall.
He is survived by his wife Krystie (Crawford) Moore, one daughter, Josey Moore, two step children, Erika Crawford, and Jamey Borden, two sisters, Linda (Rick) Klaasen, and Ellen (Dan) Whelan, and two grandchildren, Thurston Sisson, and Aurelius Phlug.
L.D. retired in 2011, from the Laborers Union #165. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and camping on Mark Twain Lake.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
