He was born on August 16, 1960 in Canton to Maurice and Anita (Atteberry) Thomas.
He married Cheryl Brancecum and later married Stacy Knight. They preceded him in death along with his father, Maurice.
Surviving is his mother, Anita of Cuba, one son Thomas “Tommy” Thomas of Macomb, three brothers, James (Teresa) Thomas of Lewistown, Jesse (Cindy) Thomas of Wichita Falls, TX, David of Cuba, two sisters, Margaret (Trent) Bradley of Fiatt, Nancy (James) Morris of Forest City, IL and four grandchildren.
Mark enjoyed reading and computers and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Cremation rites have been accorded through Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton.
A graveside burial of the ashes will be held at the White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 10 am.
Memorials may be made to Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for Alonza William Bradley Missionary.
