She is survived by four children, Apryl Ratliff, Debbie (Rod) Lynch, Jennifer (John) Herbster, and Melissa Shaw, one brother Ronald (Alberta) Clark, seven grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren.
JoAnne graduated from Cuba High School. She retired as a CNA at Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba. She was a member of the Cuba Christian Church. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, and reading romance novels. Most of all JoAnne enjoy spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Cremation rites will be accorded a private burial will take place in Cuba Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Grant Keime, or to Cass Putman Rescue Squad.
