Frank L. “Leon” Baker, 55, known by Fish to his friends of Cuba, passed away on April 9, 2024 at his residence. He was born on October 17, 1968 in Aurora to Virgil Kerr and Frances Baker. He married Debra Shields on August 21, 1999. She survives along with three daughters; Nicole (Travis Kaufmann) Wilson of Cuba, Amanda (Will Welker) Wilson of Rushville and Samantha Wilson of Canton, several siblings and six grandchildren; Amelia, Violet, Rylee, Scarlet, Korbyn and Levi.
Leon worked for the City of Cuba.
Visitation will be from 1-3 pm Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation. Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice. To view Leon’s DVD or to leave online condolences please visit oakshinesfuneralhome.com
