Emily Dosier, 45, of Canton passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Carle Health Methodist in Peoria.
She was born on April 13, 1979 in Hannibal, MO.
She married Josh Dosier on November 11, 2007 in Las Vegas, NV. He survives.
Also surviving are her two daughters, Mariah and Maci, brothers, Harmon (Kasey Clouse) Helms of East Peoria, Chase (Bobbie Paranto) Helms of East Peoria, Ryan Helms of Canton, Roger (Cindy) Lehenbauer Jr of Paris Mo, Steve (Denise) Lehenbauer of New London MO, Robert (Amanda) Lehenbauer of Holliday Mo, Andrew Lehenbauer of Monroe City Mo, Joe Lehenbauer of Monroe City Mo, sisters, Becky Perrigo of Shelbina Mo, Amanda Lehenbauer of Monroe City Mo and nieces, Hannah, Izzy and Charleigh.
Preceding her in death is her father, Roger Lehenbauer Sr, her mother Connie (Wyatt) Helms, brother Danny Lehenbauer, sister Penny Lehenbauer, Grandfather, William Wyatt, Grandmother, Norma Brannan, Aunt, Brenda Wyatt and Uncle, Robert Wyatt.
Emily graduated from Washington High School in 1997. She was the secretary to the superintendent for the Canton School District #66.
Her passion in life was spending time with her husband, girls and family. Also, Emily really enjoyed going to watch her girls dance, play volleyball, softball and soccer. She really enjoyed spending time with her nieces around the holidays and going above and beyond to make sure her family has everything they needed. She enjoyed Christmas and shopping for her family. She had a huge heart and always tried to help out any way she could. She was a fierce strong woman and she fought so hard for her family and never gave up.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 5-7 pm at the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. There will be no funeral service.
