He was born on December 9, 1951 in Chicago to Frank and Dorothy (Wegler) Wiljer. They preceded him in death.
He married Donna Davison on October 31, 1990 in Lewistown. She survives.
Also surviving are his children, Rob Stufflebeam of Canton, Terence (Lana) Stufflebeam of Canton, Krista Smith of Canton, one sister, Franceen (Wayne) Haney of Midlothian, one brother, William (Mary) Wiljer of Mohave Valley, AZ, fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two grandchildren and his son in law.
Frank worked as a mechanic for several car dealerships.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved his dog “Goofy”. Most of all Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend.
He was preceded in death by two grandchildren and his son in law.
Cremation rites have been accorded through Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A memorial service with military honor’s will be scheduled at a later date. Please subscribe to our web site for notifications.
