Lisa E. Nickerson

Lisa E. Nickerson, 60, of Canton, passed away Friday, April 12, 2024 at her residence. She was born on July 16, 1963 in Lincoln to Donald and Charlene (Mills) Nickerson. Her father and mother, Charlene Ricca, preceded her in death.

Surviving is her step father Philip Ricca of Canton, brother Scott (Melanie) Nickerson of Manito and three sisters; Julie (Joe) Herring of Canton, Laura (Daryl) Carlson of Peoria and Beth (David) Headley of Morton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other much-loved family members.

Lisa loved to do calligraphy and worked as an interpreter for the deaf. She also worked at OSF in Peoria and Graham Hospital in Canton. Lisa attended Evangelical Free Church in Canton.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton.

Visitation will be from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2024 at the Evangelical Free Church in Canton where service will be at 6:30.

Memorials can be made to the Evangelical Free Church.
