Christine L. Althiser

Christine L. Althiser, 59, of Canton, passed away on October 12, 2026 at her residence. She was born on June 19, 1967 in Phoenix, AZ to James and Beverly (Taylor) Oldham Sr. They preceded her in death along with one brother James Oldham Jr.

Surviving are four children; D.J. Jenkins of Canton, Brad Jenkins of Cuba, Curtis Jenkins of Canton and Angel Jenkins of Canton and three sisters; Leighan Hall of Morres Hill, IN, Janet Gurley of Canton and Becky Clouse of Middle Grove and eleven grandchildren.

Christine worked in home health care, was a member of First Baptist Church in Canton and was the #1 Nana.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation will be held on October 24, 2026 from 3-5 pm at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A Celebration of Life will follow at the First Baptist Church in Canton. To leave online condolences, please visit oakshinesfuneralhome.com
