He was born on October 18, 1960 in Oxnard, CA to Gerald and Patricia (Toll) Smith Sr. They survive.
He was preceded in death by his wife “Toots” and one son Cameron.
Also surviving are his son, Caleb (Sydney) Smith of Canton, brothers, Scott and Jeff Smith both of Canton, step children, McKenzie, Chad, Jerry and Alisha.
Jerry last worked for Florida Power and Light. He was member of the Sons of the American Legion and a Charter member of the Canton Lake Boat Club.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be a celebration of his life at a later date. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
