She was born December 8, 1939, in Peoria, to Carl and Frances (Trapper) Ray. She married Robert Furlong on February 8, 1958, in Creve Coeur. He preceded her in death on August 31, 2017.
Beverly is survived by three children, Scot Furlong of Brimfield, Natalie (Rod) Gilles of Brimfield, and Holly (Gary) Johnson of Brimfield; one sister, Delores Horn; eight grandchildren, Corey, Seth, Kevin, Constance, Hannah, Bret, Adam, and Emilee; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Brenda Calvert.
Beverly, along with her husband Robert, owned Oak Hill Inn and R Place where everyone knew your name.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Brimfield. A funeral mass immediately follow at 10:30 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brimfield Fire Department.
