Dennis W. Strevels, 65, of Cuba, passed away at 11:20 a.m., on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at his home.
He was born on December 12, 1955, to Thomas and Gladys (Burkhead) Strevels in Peoria.
He was previously married to Lisa (Baker) Strevels.
He is survived by one son, James Strevels of Peoria; two brothers, Ray (Jane) Strevils and Randy (Brenda) Strevels; three sisters, Frances (Gary) Spencer, Janice (Mike) Carson, and Wanda (Kenneth) Ballard; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Elizabeth "Liz" (Roy) Gaffney.
Dennis was an Auto Technician for over 40 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A burial of ashes will be held at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Research or the preference of the donor's choice.
