St.
David – Jeremy E. Evans, 45, of St. David, passed away at 3:53 PM on
Saturday, August 13, 2016 in Banner, IL. He was born on August 1, 1971
in Portland, OR to Mike and Christy (Hepburn) Evans. They survive.
Also
surviving is his life companion, Twyllia Hauzenberger; five children,
Jacob Evans of OR, Drew Evans, of WA, Tyler Monson of St. David, IL,
Spencer Evans of St. David, IL, and Bridgette Evans of St. David, IL;
one grandson, Jett Evans; one brother, Tim Evans of WA; and Amy Kennedy
of AL.
He
worked at O’Brien Steel second plant lead man for 12 years. Jeremy
loved fishing and being outdoors. He also loved his kids and Rock-N-Roll
music and concerts.
Memorial
Service will be at 7 PM on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Sedgwick
Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1995 N. Main St., Canton, IL, where the
visitation will be from 5-7 PM. Rev. Kevin VanTine will officiate.
Cremation rites have been accorded with Sedgwick Funeral Homes &
Crematory. Memorials can be made to the family in care of CEFCU, 18 E
