Canton - Betty Predmore, 92, of Canton passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016, at the Heartland Health Care in Canton.
She was born August 14, 1923 in Rural Ellisville, to David and Neva (Zook) Wilhelm. They preceded her in death.
She married Roy D. Predmore on March 3, 1944 in Bushnell. He preceded her in death on December 13, 2005.
Surviving is her nephew, David Wilhelm of Canton and several grand-nieces and nephews.
Also preceding her in death is one brother and one nephew.
Together with her husband she worked at their auto garage as an accountant in Smithfield. She later worked at the Cuba School Unit #3 as a hot lunch supervisor for 8 years. After her retirement they moved to Florida and later returned to Illinois making their home in rural Ellisville. She was a member of the Wiley Lutheran Church.
A graveside service will be held at the Wiley Cemetery, on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at 2 pm. There will be no visitation. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Wiley Lutheran Church.
