Surviving are his children; Brad Decker, Ron Decker, Wayne Decker, Andrew Varnes and Steven Varnes, sister Wilda Hines, several grand and great grandchildren and his fiancée, Linda Martin.
He was preceded in death by two children, Johnny Decker and Connie Decker.
Terry retired from Caterpillar after working for 39 ½ years.
