Vincent L. McMahill

Vincent L. McMahill, 84, of Havana, passed away at 6:37 pm, April 13, 2023 at his residence. He was born on August 15, 1938 in Monmouth to Leo William and Vietta J. (Miller) McMahill. He married Lindy L. Logsdon on September 28, 1954 in Burlington, Iowa. She survives along with four children: Joe R. (JoAnn) McMahill of Houston, AK, Brenda (Randy) Holstlaw, Pam (Curtis) Richardson and Danny (Genah) McMahill all of Havana, ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren, Molly the dachshund and Itty the kitty.

Preceding him in death were his parents, two brothers; Leroy and Prentice, one grandson Myriah J. McMahill and one great granddaughter Haley L. Jones.

Vincent was owner/operator of Havana Memorial where he was a stone cutter. After retiring he drove trucks for local farmers. He loved spending time with his family and flying.

Cremation rites have been accorded with Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A burial of ashes will take place at a later date in McMahill Cemetery at Little Swan Lake in Warren County.
