She was born in Farmington Illinois on July 24, 1936, to William and Isabelle (McPherson) Reid. She was preceded in death by her Parents and brothers John S (Elma) Reid, and Thomas W (Virgina) Reid.
She married Phillip A Horton on March 4th, 1956; he preceded her in death on June 27th, 1975.
June is survived by her two children, Kristy (Kyle) Chess of Urbana Ohio, and Bradley Horton of Springfield Ohio, and her three granddaughters, Erin, Rebecca, and Lauren
June worked for International Harvester in Canton until its closing. Continuing her employment in Springfield Ohio, where she retired in 2002.
A funeral service will be held at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton on April 1, 2023 at 11 am, where visitation will be 1 hour prior to services.
Burial will immediately follow the services at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
