Bruce Sappington, 68, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Graham Hospital in Canton.
He was born on April 30, 1952 in Canton to Floyd and Mary (Steck) Sappington. They preceded him in death along with one brother Mike Sappington and one sister Dee Zaborac
He was married to Kristy Jo (Ayers).
Surviving is his son Chad (Rochelle) Sappington sister, Nancy Bently, one grandson Zachary Sappington and his faithful companion Harley.
Bruce worked at Illinois River Correctional Center retiring in 2009. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan, he enjoyed collecting Native American Artifacts, working on Rat Rods and Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
