Canton – Angela L. Sherwood, 52, of Canton, passed away at 2:18 a.m., Friday, June 26, 2015 at her residence.
She was born on August 10, 1962 in Lincoln, Illinois to William and Mary Ellen (Tibbs) Copeland.
She is survived by her parents, of Weatherford, TX; two children, Abby Sherwood of Canton and Hunter Sherwood of Wee-Ma-Tuk; and three siblings, Stephanie (Jim) Mattie of Tucson, AZ, Jane (Jim) Wilsky of Weatherford, TX, and Mason (Kathy) Copeland of Brownsburg, IN.
Ang was a secretary at Ingersoll Middle School in Canton for 22 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A visitation will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton, where a memorial service will begin at 4 p.m. Disposition of the ashes will be private.
Memorials may be made to Canton Union School District #66.
