Rose M. Lingenfelter

Rose M. Lingenfelter, 75, of Canton, passed away at 6:04 PM on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. She was born on July 14, 1948 in Canton, a daughter of Charles and Maude (Smith) Sexton. She married Lyle K. Lingenfelter on December 24, 1966 in Bryant. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2019.

Also preceding her in death is her parents.

Surviving is her children, Ed and Jason Lingenfelter, both of Canton; one brother, Bob Sexton of Pekin, and four sisters, Peggy Parker of Silvis; Leila Lee, and Charlesia Blue, both of Canton; Lena Easley-Mayberry of Decatur.
