Terry F. Scalf, 79, of Canton, passed away Sunday March 14, 2021, at Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba.
He was born on August 22, 1941, to Clifford and Mary (Zink) Scalf.
Terry married Randall "Randy" Dawson after 46 years of companionship. He preceded him in death on August 19, 2017.
He is survived by one daughter, Tammy (Russell) Murphy, five grandchildren, Kara McAdams, Caiden Scalf, Jessica Sorrels, Robert Landgrebe and Kaylah Harris, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild on the way.
Also preceding him in death are two children, Tracey Duncan, and Timothy Scalf, and one sister.
Terry was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, serving for over two years. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Canton. Terry worked at International Harvester retiring in 1999. He enjoyed playing cards, working with computers and Sunday family dinners.
A funeral service will be held on Monday March 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton where visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Burial with Military Honors will be held at Shields Chapel Cemetery immediately following the funeral services.
Memorials may be made the American Cancer Society.
