Mark A. Sandford, 60, of Canton, passed away in his home on March 17, 2021. He was born on December 5, 1960 to Bob Sandford and Sharon (Baker) Elliott.
Mark is preceded in death by his father, Bob Sandford and step-father, Justin Elliott.
He is survived by his mother, Sharon Elliott; the love of his life, Kim Thomas; Daughters, Sharon (Ed) Anderson, and Kaitlyn Sandford; One son, Luke (Samantha) Sandford; Sister, Rebecca Chaney; Brother, Albert (Deanna) Sandford; Half-sister, Trisha; Step brother, Mark Graham; Step Sisters, Marsha Crotzer, Roberta Grove, Jackie Groves, and Connie Weissman; four grandchildren, Delayne, Alex, Abby, and Kashton; and several nieces and nephews.
Mark loved life and his hobbies include kayaking, fishing, and shuffle board, but most of all he enjoyed being with friends and family.
Cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton, IL. Burial of ashes will be held in Vermont Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. To leave online condolences you may go to www.sedgwickfuneralhomes.com
