Donna J. Whittinghill, 82, of Elmwood, passed away at 11:11 p.m., on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at OSF Saint Francis Hospital in Peoria. Cremation rites have been accorded. A burial of ashes will be held at Cottonwood Cemetery at a later date. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Elmwood is in charge of arrangements.
