(Finley) Reed. He married Belle Fletcher on June 1, 2013 in Bath.
Sam is survived by his wife, Belle Fletcher Reed of Bath; sons, Justin (Melinda Bowles) Brooks of Delavan
and Matthew Reed of Browning; grandson, Lakin Matthew Reed of Browning; and sisters, Susan R. Reed
of Schoolcraft, Michigan and Anne M. Reed of Canton. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Sam worked for Profile Screens in Havana until his retirement. He enjoyed shooting trap and sporting
clays, as well as fishing. He was an accomplished drummer for local bands in Fulton County. He was also a skilled welder, painter, and mechanic, and was a Jeep aficionado.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Samuel’s name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Online condolences
