She was born on February 2, 1941, in Canton, to Joe Walton, and Thelma (Bolan) Brown. They preceded her in death as well as her brother, Eddie Walton.
Deava is survived by her four daughters, Caroline (the late Mike) Johnson, Teresa (Roger) Fife, Yvonne Caudle, and Georgia Gregory, brother, Ramsey Walton, nine grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
In her younger years Deava enjoyed riding motorcycles. She loved watching movies at home and getting daily sweet teas at McDonald’s. She will be remembered by her CB nickname “Crazy Legs”, she had a great sense of humor and enjoyed the holidays, spending time with her family.
A graveside service will be held at Orendorff Breeds Cemetery in Canton on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Fulton County.
