He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers John A (Bonnie) and Terrance Caughey; two sisters Joyce Kammerer and Pamela (Joe) Rathbun.
He was a devoted husband and father. His family was his greatest pride.
He is survived by his children; Theresa (Boyd) Johnson Angela (Tim) Schmidgall Robert and (Kelly) Caughey of Farmington; Grandson’s; Doug (Emily) Johnson of Peoria Tim, Tyler, Austin, Skyler, Jon, Andrew of Farmington; Great Grand Daughter’s; Evalynn Anne and Brooke
Bob worked many years on the railroad and retired from OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
He loved music sports and spending time with his family.
