Canton formerly Dunfermline - Sandra G. "Sandy" Grzanich, 83, of Canton formerly of Dunfermline, passed into the arms of her heavenly father on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Renaissance Care Center in Canton.
She married Emil A. Grzanich on July 30, 1955, in Canton. He preceded her in death on March 4, 2001.Sandy enjoyed her life as a Christian women, a wife, mother grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved cooking, baking and caring for her grandchildren. She ran a day care in her home for many years.
She is survived by her children, Susan (Charles) Martin of Galesburg, Deanna (James) Hinds, Timothy (Sherry) Grzanich, and Jo Ellen (Steve) Endsley, all of Lewistown, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces and nephews, two brothers Robert and Thomas (Carolyn) Shumaker.
Sandy was preceded in death by her mother Evelyn (Williams) Winegar and her stepfather Nathan Winegar and one sister, Judy Lillie.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery in Canton. A Facebook livestream of Sandy's service will be provided on Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory's Facebook page at the time of the service.
