Pat Grose

Canton – Patricia A. “Pat” Grose, 82, of Canton died at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2015 at Courtyard Estates of Canton.
She was born February 1, 1933 in Canton, to Clarence and Alice (Perkins) Moore.  She married Gerald Grose on October 3, 1953.  He preceded her in death on August 10, 2006.  She was also preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Gaye Grier.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen (Brad) Hartson of Rock Island.
Pat retired from MidAmerica National Bank in Canton, where she had worked as a teller.  She volunteered for the local Meals on Wheels for many years.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing in numerous bridge clubs.
Cremation rites have been accorded.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.  Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Parlin-Ingersoll Library in Canton.
