He was born May 6, 1965 in Canton the son of Lee W. and Shirlene (Roe) Jockisch. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are one sister, Susie (Robert) Adams of Lewistown, and one brother, Scott (Angel Whitman) Jockisch of Lewistown.
Tom was a laborer for Local 231 and was a member of Laborers Local 231 of Pekin. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting.
Cremation will be accorded. There will be no services. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is assisting the family.
