He later worked as a funeral assistant at Henry-Lange Memorial homes for over 25 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Canton. He enjoyed going out to several coffee groups which he lovingly called the Liar’s Club. He loved going to various car shows around the county and showing off his 1976 MG. He and Judy would take rides together in that little red car. When he was still able he also liked riding his Lambretta scooter around town. But most of all, he and Judy enjoyed spending time together, going to listen to music and dancing. Jim was quite a dancer and could dance until Judy was worn out.
