She was born March 5, 1939 at Canton the daughter of Glore and Sylvia (Bartlett) Bevard. Surviving are one daughter, JoEllen (Brian) Fisher of Mendota, a niece, Heidi Hunter of Monmouth whom she helped raise, two brothers, Larry Bevard of Cuba and Garry (Beverly) Bevard of North Ft. Myers, FL; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Vickie Young, one brother and three sisters.
Marcia worked at International Harvester Canton plant and at Caterpillar Inc. for many years. She later worked as a caregiver for Lutheran Social Services. She was a member of the Cuba American Legion ladies auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling and watching Cubs baseball games.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Marietta Cemetery with Reverend Larry Wright officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-7 PM at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cuba American Legion ladies auxiliary.
