Memberships: Frances attended Ipava High School. She was a member of Modern Woodmen of America and director of the Modern Woodmen of America Club 1460 of Smithfield for 50 year. She volunteered at the Red Brick School in Smithfield for Chicken Noodle dinners and served on the board at the Cuba Senior Center for several years. She enjoyed bird watching, canning, sewing, gardening and flowers. She also made the best watermelon pickles.   

Services:   Graveside service on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 2:30 pm in the Ipava Cemetery.

Visitation:        1 to 2 pm on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. 

Interment: Ipava Cemetery in Ipava, IL
