Patricia L. Kitchen

Patricia L. Kitchen, 85, of Brereton, passed away, Friday March 10, 2023, at Unity Point Methodist in Peoria. She was born on July 27, 1937, in Bryant, to Edwin H. and Cora A. (Brooks) Bishop. They preceded her in death. She married Harlan Kitchen on May 13, 1957, in Lewistown. He preceded her in death on February 6, 2007. She is survived by five children, Gregory (Tracy) Kitchen, Kevin Kitchen, Jeff Kitchen, David Kitchen and Robert Kitchen, two brothers, Larry Bishop and Harold Bishop, ten grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren with one on the way. Pat first worked at Harriett’s Café in Canton as a waitress, she also worked as a lunch attendant for Canton schools for many years and lastly she worked as a bid assistant for several different local auctioneers. She enjoyed garage sales, flea markets and collecting antiques. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
