Wilma J. Widger, 91, of Canton passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at The Loft Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Canton.
She was born on November 24, 1929, to William R. and Addie (Smith) Graham. They both preceded her in death.
She married Raymond Widger on June 12, 1949 in Petersburg Illinois. He preceded her in death in 2011.
Wilma is survived by one son, Raymond (Brenda) Widger of Canton, six grandchildren, Stacy Moore, Raynee (Steven) Kessler, Stefanie Pribble, Shannon (Eric) Meier, Katie (Ryan) Gray and Jessica Otto, two great grandchildren, Matthew and Grant Kessler, several nieces and nephews and an honorary granddaughter, Lori Davis.
Also preceding her in death is one daughter Cheryl Moshier, five brothers, Lawrence, William, Robert, Phillip and Marshall, and one sister Norma Russell.
Wilma enjoyed gardening, fishing, painting ceramics, western television shows, genealogy, and traveling with her husband. Most of all she loved her children, grandchildren and all of her family.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will immediately follow the services at Summum Cemetery in Summum.
Due to COVID-19 mandates facial coverings and social distancing will be practiced.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
