Wanda Lee Ford, 89, of Canton passed away at 5:49 PM Thursday December 17, 2020 at her home.
She was born August 26, 1931 at Lewistown the daughter of Selah Ernest and Mary (Deary) Wilson. She married Melvin Ford October 29, 1966 at Lewistown. He survives. Also surviving are four children, Chris Weihmeir of Springfield, Jeff (Renee) Weihmeir of Chandler, AZ; Greg (Kelli) Ford of Canton, and Mary Elizabeth (Ford) (Lon) Fillingham of Macomb, and twelve grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers, three sisters, and three grandchildren. Wanda was the last child to pass of eleven adult brothers and sisters.
Wanda was a graduate of Lewistown High School. She was a former telephone operator. Wanda was a proud stay at home wife and mother. She was a member of the Lewistown American Legion Auxiliary.
A graveside service and burial will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in Oak Hill Cemetery at Lewistown with Reverend Larry Wright officiating. There will be no visitation.
