Eileen Whetstine, 76 of Urbana, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 in the Forest Glen Nursing Home, Springfield, Ohio.
She was born May 13, 1944 in Canton, Illinois the daughter of the late Ernest Paul and Alice Marie (Fairburn) Hallam. Eileen enjoyed cooking and sewing. Elieen greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Donald (Cindy) Whetstine; her daughter, Tina (David) Groutage; her grandchildren, Jenifer (Dan) Workman, Stephanie (Shawn) Russell and Kimberly (Zach) Ashley, Sara Groutage and Jessica (Jason) McDaniel and Stephen (Taylin) Whetstine; 13 great grandchildren; her sisters, Virginia (Don) Tucker, Elizabeth (Lawerance) Sparrow, Shirley Stevenson, Kathleen Neidig, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 50 years Raymond Whetstine; infant sister, Donna Brush; her brother, Claude Hallam; 3 infant grandsons; brother-in-law, John Stevenson.
A private burial with graveside Services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
