Donna M. Cotter, 83, of Farmington, passed away at 3:08 PM on Monday, December 7, 2020 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on July 18, 1937 in Peoria, IL to Roy and Agnes (Holtz) Coake.
Donna is survived by five children, Kellie (Ron) Streitmatter, Kim (Dan) Archdale, Kevin (Linda) Cotter, Kristie (Tim) Weniger, and Konnie (Craig) Lansford; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren on the way.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Dan Coake.
Donna worked as a dental office manager for many years. She was a member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Farmington. She was also actively involved with the Altar and Rosary Society, Prayer Chain Ministry Team, and a Eucharistic Minister. She enjoyed writing poetry, and craft making. She also embroidered baby blankets for her grandkids and great-grandkids, and loved doing activities with the grandkids.
A private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Farmington, IL. Funeral Mass celebrated by Fr. Daniel Ebker, assisted by Deacon Gary Schultz.
