Susan K. Harris

Susan K. Harris, 85, of Canton, passed away on March 25, 2026 at the Loft in Canton. She was born on September 24, 1940 in Canton to Paul and Margaret (Mummert) Smith. Susan married Dale Harris on August 12, 1961 in Canton. He survives along with two children; James Harris of West Dundee, IL. and Sue Ann Harris of Canton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; Damon Smith and Jack Smith.

Susan loved to go camping especially going to Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a private burial of ashes at White Chapel Memory Garden in Canton, will take place at a later date. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements. To leave online condolences please visit oakshinesfuneralhome.com
