She was born on June 3, 1941 to Dominic and Dorothy (Curless) Viano.
Surviving is her brother, Nick (PeeWee) Viano, nephew, David Viano, Niece, Netta (Scott) Trone and great nephew, Jacob Buskirk.
Netia worked with her brother at Viano’s Tap in Norris for many years. She was a devoted volunteer at the Fulton County Humane society. She served on the Fulton County Board for several terms. In her favorite past times were golfing, bowling and playing softball.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 11 am at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Farmington. There will be no visitation.
Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fulton County Humane Society.
