Canton – Alma L. Wilson, 83, of Canton passed away at 12:37 am Wednesday, May 09, 2018 at her granddaughter’s house. She was born on January 25, 1935 to Russell and Helen (Brant) Cook. Alma married Robert L. Wilson on September 4, 1964 in Canton. He preceded her in death on December 22, 2000. Also preceding her in death were her parents, son Bobby Alan Wilson, daughter-in-law Leigh Murphy, brother Charles Cook, sister Mildred Williams, and one great-grandchild. Surviving are 4 children; Lillian (late Kenneth) Young, Russell (Tammy) Murphy, Bobby Murphy, and Larry (Kim) Murphy all of Canton, brother Robert Cook of Indiana, 2 sisters; Ruth Bohannon and Nancy Bishop both of Canton, 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Her granddaughter Kaylee Kumer has been her special care taker.
Alma was the owner of Wilson Seamless Gutters in Canton.
