Larry D. Lane

Farmington – Larry D. Lane, 74, of Farmington passed away at 1:17 pm Tuesday, July 11, 2017.  He was born on December 14, 1942 in Farmington to Berwyn and Beverly (Threw) Lane.  He married Denise DeGraff on August 6, 1966 in Forreston, IL. She survives along with two children; Eric (Tonya) Lane of Trivoli and Kathryn (Joe) Kenny, Omaha, NE and four grandchildren; Hannah Lane, Noah Lane, Andrew Kenny, and Beth Kenny.  Larry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Jerry Lane.

Larry worked at Caterpillar in the purchasing department for 38 years, retiring in 2001.  He was an Army veteran serving from 1961-1963.  Larry was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Farmington.

Services will be 3 pm Saturday, July 15th at the First Presbyterian Church in Farmington where visitation will be from 12 noon until 3 pm.  Dr. Rev. Linda Philabaun will officiate.
