Paul Leonard Kruschinsky


Canton – Paul Leonard Kruschinsky, 83, of Canton, passed away at 8:50 AM, Wednesday, April 5, 2017, in the comfort of his home and family.
He was born on December 4, 1933 in Buckheart Township to Gail and Grace (VanMiddlesworth) Kruschinsky.  They preceded him in death.
He married Joanne McCallister on August 14, 1954.  She preceded him in death on November 9, 1998.  He later married Frances Wade on December 12, 1999.  She survives.
Also surviving are his children Rhonda (George) Seward of Las Vegas, Kathy Dilts of Colorado, Mark (Tammy) Kruschinsky of Canton, Mike Kruschinsky of Peoria, 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and siblings, Melba Lee, Janet Yocum, and Carolyn Bittner..
Paul also had 2 step children, Tammy Horvath (Biswell), William (Teri) Wade, 3 step grandchildren, Teisha (Justin) Buskirk, Donavan Hamilton and Sarah (Jacob) Dildine.  Paul took great pride in his “Girls”, Trista and Trinity Buskirk, the daughters of Teisha Buskirk.  He had a huge role in their lives.  They will “Hold his hand forever” and continue to make him proud.
He was also preceded in death by his daughter Kendra Watson.
Paul attended Canton High School and went on to serve 2 years in the U.S. Army.  He went on to work at Caterpillar and retired in 1992 after 41 and ½ years of service.  He then went on to work at the local Kroger’s Store and retired after 8 years.  He enjoyed working out in his garage, woodworking, had a love for computers and being with the “Girls”. 
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017, at 11 am, at the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton with a visitation 2 hours prior at the funeral home.
Burial will be at the Orendorff Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to American Legion or to Wounded Warriors.
